One day, two “italiani veri”, Ugo and Francesco, were dreaming of opening their own restaurant, no matter where. The other, they decided to compare various European capitals and finally selected Brussels for their dream to come true.
Racines is different from many Italian restaurants we already have in Brussels. First of all, because Racines offers a grocery store and a cantine based of organic products . Second of all, because we get to discover at Racines Neapolitan and Florentine specialties: a surprisingly delicate celery root parmigiana, a pancake stuffed with creamy buffalo cheese, or a white bean soup with anchovy and argan oil touches.
Racines highlight for Italian people is its cultural scene that invites young Italian actors and musicians to entertain the crowd at night.
